Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I’m a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes your mind and body carry deep wisdom, and that healing begins when we learn to tune in with care and curiosity.

At Ponder, therapy is not about fixing or striving to become someone else. It’s about creating an emotionally safe space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, dismissed, or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll explore anxiety, depression, and the often-invisible weight of intergenerational trauma with gentleness and respect.

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. These practices allow us to meet your inner world with presence and compassion, so you can cultivate clarity, emotional resilience, and a more grounded sense of self. I believe that therapy can be a space of returning to who you already are beneath the noise. My role is to support you in reclaiming that authenticity, one thoughtful step at a time.

A modern wooden house with a metal roof is situated in a field of tall grass, with a large body of water and mountains in the background during dusk.

At Ponder, therapy is where insight becomes action. It’s where we examine inherited beliefs, old patterns, and emotional responses—and begin to respond differently. It’s thoughtful, not rushed. Spacious, not surface. No pressure to have it all figured out, each session is a chance to reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity, compassion, and intention.

  • Authenticity is a necessity, not a luxury; it is essential to our survival.
