Individual Therapy
$150 / 50-minute session
Your well-being is an important investment. Sessions are held virtually for your convenience and comfort.
Easy Payment & Insurance Claim
Payments are accepted via e-transfer and are due at the time of the session. Receipts provided for insurance reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

The first session is a gentle introduction. We'll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and get a feel for whether this feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to share everything right away—this is a space where you can take your time.
Most clients meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. Consistent weekly sessions help build trust and momentum, especially at the start. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety. I’ll explain all of this clearly in our first session so you know exactly what to expect.

Therapy is deeply personal, and fit matters. I invite you to feel and listen to your gut during our consultation or the first few sessions. Do you feel seen? Heard? Safe? If not, we can always discuss options that can best support your needs.
