Easy Payment & Insurance Claim

  • Sessions range from $0–$200, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page below for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

    I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. So please don’t hesitate to ask about availability—accessibility matters to me.

  • The first session is a gentle introduction. We'll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and get a feel for whether this feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to share everything right away—this is a space where you can take your time.

    Most clients meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. Consistent weekly sessions help build trust and momentum, especially at the start. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety. I’ll explain all of this clearly in our first session so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Therapy is deeply personal, and fit matters. I invite you to listen to your gut during our consultation or the first few sessions. Do you feel seen? Heard? Safe? If not, we can always discuss options that can best support your needs.

  • I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable starting your healing journey.

  • Not at all. You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific reason to start therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want a space to better understand yourself, that’s more than enough reason to reach out.
